A claim may be possible if a driver failed to take reasonable care around a horse and this caused an accident or injury.
There does not always need to be a direct collision. If a driver passed too fast, too close, used their horn or behaved in a way that caused the horse to spook, the rider may still have a claim.
Evidence can be important. This may include witness statements, dashcam footage, helmet camera footage, photographs, police reports and medical records.
Havard Law Solicitors can review what happened and explain whether a claim may be possible.
